"Returned with parts, removed the old gear case, took longer as the top spanner nut was stuck. Replaced the gear case, belt and striker. Ran Calibration the unit would not agitate, tested and found the actuator not working correctly, replaced ran the calibration again unit calibrated . Checked for leaks, no leaks at this time.

"Customer states the unit is making noise and the door latch is broken. Cycled and tested with water the unit would barely turn, drained water out tilted the machine back and found the unit had leaked out the oil out of the gear case. Ran diagnostics and found when it spins it is very loud. Quoted the customer the gear case oil and the customer approved. I informed the customer there maybe more parts in the the process of repair that will need replacing and they are aware. ; ordrd 1 W11454741 (Gear case) and 1 W10837741 (Strike) and 1 WPW10006384 (Belt)"

Returned installed the new wire and heat element. Cycled and tested ran unit to get rid of burn off smell of the heat element.

"Returned disassembled, found a wire going to the element broken. Repaired the wire. Put back together and tested. Informed the customer I had no spade terminal that large. Customer will use machine and if the issue comes back I will need to see if there is a heat element spade terminal that large. ; saved tckt"

"Customer states the unit is making noise while in operation. Installed the parts provided, found the lower cover and belt in oil from the transmission. Cycled and tested the unit. Customer states the unit is still making the noise. Removed the ease plate and made sure that was not stripped out the wash plate is fine."
