"Upon arrival, I went ahead and installed the new fan motor and the machine and tested it. It looks great and air is moving correctly machine is cooling. Everythings working like it should be. At this point customer opted to have me not reinstall the icemaker as they do not use it.reassembled machine and made sure that there is no other issues at this time.

Customer states that the fridge is not cooling the but the freezer is still working fine. Opened up the machine and checked the damper and it was still functioning properly. Opened up the freezer section and remove the back panel and discover that the evaporator fan was not spinning. Tried to push it and could get it to start but it was really rattling and had low torque. Will need to replace this fan motor to get this machine going.went ahead and ordered and picked up a part from day and will return tomorrow; pckd up 1 12002744 (Evap fan)

The washer would not finish a cycle and not drain. I found a sock stuck in the drain pump. I removed the sock and washer tested good.

The washer would not spin. I found the splutch gear was stripping. I installed a splutch assembly and calibrated the washer. I advised the customer to not over load the washer. It tested good.

"Not draining. Ended up finding hardware from cabinet (a buffer pad) stuck in air gap. I uninstalled air gap and cleaned out the debris. Got approval for repair first. Runs great now, drains great."
