Found that range was losing power when I wiggled power cord. Found that power cord was shorting out and had slightly melted plug. Replaced power cord. Tested and power is secure and constant. Range is heating and working good.

Replace the motor and idler assembly and tested machine seems to be working perfectly now

"Tenant recently moved in and went to test washer and found that there was soap suds coming out of washer and wouldnt drain. There was alot of debris stuck in drain trap. Cleaned out drain trap, tested with towel and no leaks and washer now drains. Washer is working good."

"Opened up the machine and discovered that the pulley was really gummed up and that the belt was loose and when there was a large load in there, it was stalling and the belt was just rubbing on the motor, pulley and getting really hot. Need to replace the belts and idler assembly to fix this problem. Called property manager for authorization and they gave me the go ahead. Ordering parts from day. "Customer states that its continuously warm in the fridge. Checked the in the freezer and had nice frost. Temperatures in the fridge were about 60? though. Check to make sure EAP drain trough was lined up and it appeared to be. Check against new drain trough, and it was a different part that would not fit. Replaced sensor. Control in the fridge was behaving kind of weird but I unplugged the machine and re-plugged it in and it seemed to be working at this time. The fan was going and the damper was open and the evaporator is frosted perfectly. Not sure the cause of the issue at this time. ; O-emld tckt"
