"Washer very loud throughout cycle. Disconnected belt from motor and transmission so I could test these components separately to isolate the noise. With belt off, motor is not making noise but the actuator is not properly engaging fully, causing noise as the teeth are not meshing properly. When meshed properly, the transmission does not make any noise. Need to order the actuator and return on Monday the 22nd in the a.m..; ordrng 1 5304492254 (Actuator)"

"Unit unable to spin out. Needs clutch and motor coupling. Also, transmission is just barely starting to leak and I pointed that out to the customer. He decided he just wanted to replace the clutch and motor coupling for now because of the added expense and he is moving soon and just wants it to work. Washer now cycles properly and runs good. Job complete.

"Clear dryer vent with brush, tool and vacuum. Re-taped the vent to the machine and make sure it was secure. Temp in the dryer look good. Everything looks great."

"On arrival, customer stated that the dryer would not do anything after it would start. It would just click and then not run. Open up the machine and discovered a broken belt preventing the motor from running because of the belt switch. Went ahead and replace the belt with a part that I had on my truck. Tested and the machine seems to be running great.everything is functioning as it should be

"Upon arrival, I went ahead and opened up the machine, replaced the fill valve with the part provided and tested. Reinstalled the machine and cycled it on and off several times. Made sure that hot water was coming through the valve. It appears to be working correctly at this time, and no longer making any noise.went ahead and started the cycle for the customer and asked them to keep an ear out to hear if they hear the sound again. At this point I dont think they will. Everything looks great and sounds great."
