Found that the drum broke (see picture) causing dryer to thump loudly and ruin the rollers as well as the front bulk head. Drum ripped the felt and started grinding metal on metal. Will need oversized shipping.PW said put in autho pending for oversized shipping.Please order these parts.Drum D510265WP; front bulkhead assembly D515533P; roller kit RB170002 (order this again even though it shows in work order. I never got it); saved tckt

Replaced front bulk head assembly. Tested and no more grinding metal on metal. Dryer is working good.

"Has been running loud lately. Found a bad belt and two bad rollers. Replaced, cleaned and oiled up shafts, replaced belt and rollers, and vacuumed out dryer. Runs great now."
