"Customer says dishwasher is getting 3C error which means circulation pump (washer motor) issue. I ran test and motor is getting power and running. Since motor tests good, control board is the issue, not reading motor correctly.As im here the dishwasher is running for over 30 minutes with no error. but would still lean towards the circuit board needing to be replaced. Also the water valve is making squealing noise when filling. "When fridge door was closed the freezer door would pop open and stay open a crack. Checked seal and is closing and sealing. I explained that the air pressurizes and pops that open and only thing that keeps the door shut is gravity. I raised the front feet, door now closes when popped open. Refrigerator is working good."

Customer states that the front right burner flame seems to be uneven. The main complaint is that the burner knobs will get too hot and will burn you if the cooktop be being used for over 30 minutes.This household uses the cooktop and cooks a lot. The design of this is that the front burner knobs are raised so when a pan is used it pushes heat towards the front onto the raised cooktop burner section heats up that metal and gets does get hot to the touch to where I couldnt keep my hand on it.I explained that the burner flames look good and are normal but that I couldnt change the design of the cooktop to prevent knobs getting hot. I told customer that I would send this to office but that I dont know exactly the next step and who would be responsible since there wasnt a malfunction but more of a design issue of this cooktop.Office: please follow up with customer and see if she would need to contact Electrolux directly? I told her that she may need to contact Lennar but that we would look into first since its not a malfunction ; O-emld tckt

Replaced auger motor and drive clip. Tested and ice now dispenses cubed and crushed. Refrigerator is working good. Refrigerator is working good.
