"50% of the time the customer uses the washer, it is full of water at end of cycle. Dial will be at off as though it went all the way through, but its full of water. I tried two rinse cycles and thought maybe the wash tub that it drains into would over fill and siphon into the washer, but that never happened. I ran 5 cycles, and it went all the way through each time. Lid lock seems good. Told customer to get a video of them next time this happens. Show them walking into room, show where the timer knob is, open lid and show washer full of water, then putting it on a spin and showing it drain out. FW asked me to put as pending and ask DW to follow up with customer next week and see what its done since I was here. Customer stated its been going on consistently (1/2 of time) for a year now. ; saved tckt"

The washer would not drain. The drain impeller was broken. I replaced the drain pump. Tested good now. No more issues.

"Customer states its no longer heating after repair. Opened it up and discovered that the heating element had failed again. Replaced it with another part from van stock. Machine is now working again. Checked deducting and made sure it wasnt blocked. It looked really clear. Its an elbow and then 7 feet of flex duct and then an elbow and it goes straight outside, and there was a good airflow outside.

Not draining very fast. The drain line check valve was pushed in. I pushed the check valve out. Not it drains good.

Replaced heater assembly. Now it heats great.
