"Sump shell did not come pre-attached to rubber seal as anticipated, so only the seal was needed and replaced. The quote was adjusted (lowered) to reflect this. The left upper rail clip broke during repair. We will have another rail which includes the plastic clip sent to the customer. They are okay with installing that clip themselves. Installed new pump seal. Tested, checks good."

"Both door fronts have dents. Both door fronts are different. The lower oven convection fan rattles. It needs a fan blade and convection fan cover. Looks like a trim piece that goes under the bottom oven door is missing. I need the 2 door fronts, the lower oven convection fan blade and cover, and the bottom trim. I added pics. "Was making a rubbing kind of clicking noise when the drum would spin, and there was no heat. If there was heat, it would go away. Opened up machine and discovered a grayish waxy kind of plastic substance smeared on the rear bulkhead right along the drum seal. Used the wire brush to scrub all of it off. Put the machine back together and it sounds a whole lot better now."

The complaint is the dryer does not heat on normal but does on all the other cycles. I found the energy saver was turned on for the normal cycle. In the beginning of the normal cycle the dryer does not heat much if energy saver is on. The clothes will not come out 100 percent dry. I turned the energy saver off and now the dryer heats up good on normal and all cycles. The air flow outside was around 12 mph and it was around 18 inside. The customer said he will changes the duct from the semi ridge to hard ridged pipe.

The dryer was making a clicking or tapping sound or maybe even a rubbing sound. I was hard to pinpoint. I took the whole dryer apart and oiled the rollers. I put it back together and it sounds better. The rubber seal on the door was pulling out. I soaped it up and pushed it back in.
