"Customer states the vent came apart Checked and found the vent was the flex vent and needed to be replaced. The outside side vent is broken and will need to be replaced. The hole cut in the outsides wall is not cut correctly so the new vent would need to stick out or the hole would have to be cut differently. Quoted the customer to replace all the pipe with new elbows and normal vent. Also informed the customer the dryer would need to be cleaned out as it has low air flow.
