"The ice maker does not make ice, white stuff in the ice and the right door gasket is ripped. I replaced the right door gasket. I found the ice maker was off. I turned back on and it dump ice then filled with water. I removed the ice maker and removed a little bit of ice from the fill cup. Found a removed one small piece of styrofoam from the ice mold. All tested good now. I set temps back to recommended temperatures."

Very courteous & polite. He explained everything to me so I understood. Even took the nasty clothes that were left in the machine out. Now that’s a good man! You should be proud to have him on your staff. Probably deserves a raise!
