"Customer stated the unit was making noise.Disassembled and found 2 of the drum rollers were locked up. Customer approved replacement of the belt, rollers, and idler pulleys. Cleaned out the unit, replaced the belt, rollers and idler, cycle and tested the unit is running as is should"

"Returned with the part, removed the top cover and installed. Tested the lock, calibrated the unit. Ran unit for a few minutes, the gear box is getting noisy, informed the customer."

"Customer states the unit wont run, the lid latch wont lock. Ran diagnostics and found the following codes F0E3 F0E9 F0E5Tried getting the lid to lock in diagnostics and it will not lock. Quoted the customer a new latch, customer approved. ; ordrd 1 W11700916 (Lid latch)"

Cleaned out the dryer vent. Cleaned up the area after.

Customer said the dryer was making a loud noise. Disassembled and found a stick in the fan. The unit needed to be cleaned out. Found a couple of rollers that needed to be replaced. Customer approved the replacement. Found the unit full of lint. Needs the vent cleaned out and some vent pipe work.
