Verified door falls and cable broken. Replaced the door springs and cables. The power cord was burnt. I replaced the new power cord. It now all works fine

Water filter is frozen and cracked. Freezer was at -7. We installed the air filter which was still in the plastic bag. Need to order water filter.; ordrd 1 FPPWFU01 (Water filter)

Will not fill with water to make ice. Test valve and water supply are good. Found relay stick on the board. Order main boards. ; ordrd 1 5304532629 (Board) and 1 5304531110 (Board)

"NOISEY. Customer said that when it fills the washer is loud. Sounds like its coming from the valve. The valve has already been replaced by Warner Stellians for this and she said it got worse. I ran washer through test mode and went back and forth through all the valves and they sound good, except when they shut off theres a little noise. I tried calling Electrolux and there closed for the Easter holiday. I started a normal cycle with towels on the same settings that the customer had when it made the noise and it sounded normal. I watched it for about 30 minutes and still nothing. Can someone call Electrolux next week and see what they want to do? There is a service bulletin for noise from the valve after replacing, but says its normal and will go away with time. ; saved tckt"
