"Removed front bulk head of dryer, removed sock from blower wheel, ran to confirm repair."

"Dryer not heating and running for hours on end. Checked junction box. 210 at outlet and junction box. Cleaned lint screens. Still didnt heat. 4 ohms black to brown, and 3 ohms black to blue. 2.6 ohms brown to blue. We ran the dryer for 10 minutes and it went up 15?. We put it through full test mode and there are no error codes. The compressor and cooling fan and all components run correctly. We explained to tenant that they should not use dryer sheets because of how it comes up the filters and prevents moisture from exiting the dryer.we also told them not to use the shower when they have the dryer running because the dryer will suck in all that excess moisture.

Door not shutting on left side of freezer and fresh food and freezer have been warm lately. Found the vent from ff into freezer blocked with ice and the blade for the evaporator fan fallen off. I glued the fan blade back onto the shaft (used glue for extra security) and steamed out the ice built up. I found a screw sticking out that was stopping door track from working right for freezer. I screwed that back in and made sure it was tight. Told them it will take 24 hours for everything to get back down to temp. Also reinstalled arm on icemaker assembly. Cycled icemaker and its cooling nicely now.

Found that the dryer was full of lint and exhaust was clogged and no air was coming out of dryer I cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. Tested with vent attached and still no air flow outside. Dryer vent is clogged as well. Used vent brush and cleaned out vent and now dryer has as it flow outside and dryer is cycling heat normally with vent attached.Charge for vent cleaning and inside dryer of lint as well.; saved tckt

"Replaced bad main PCB and door gasket and bottom door gasket wiper. Ran it, no leaks now. Drains great. Drain line is looped up high how its supposed to be. Old bottom wiper seal was deformed and old door gasket was compressed in all the way. Also raised front of dishwasher higher so that its level and not tipped forward."
