"THE DRUM HAS STOPPED MOVING, DRYING SEEMS TO RUN AND HEAT BUT DOESNT SPIN. Inspected and tested. Found the motor pulley was broken off and the belt is cracked. Customer approved repairs. Installed new motor pulley and rebuild kit. Vacuumed out inside of dryer and tested. Dryer is working great. Dryer is now fixed.

Installed parts from last diagnosis once installed tested multiple times units working great without making loud noises. Just typical dryer noise.

"Customers complaint is making loud noise and squealing noise. Disassembled unit found that the front bearing is completely destroyed. Also, the rear bearing is going out. "Customer complaint is, OVER COOLING STILL AFTER REPAIRS. Inspected and tested. FF temperature is 32F and freezer is 7F. I removed evaporator cover and defrosted evaporator and after 20 minutes theres frost on about 70-80 percent. The sealed system is a little low, but not terrible. Im not confident putting a new thermostat in is going to make a difference because the sealed system is a little low. Customer is going to try adjusting the dials and see if he can get it to were its good enough to use without freezing things in the FF compartment."

"Customer complaint is, NOISY. Customer said its coming from the evaporator fan. Inspected and tested. Everything was off when I got here. I turned the compressor on and the evaporator fan started loud, but then sounded normal. I removed the evaporator cover and everything looked good. Customer approved repair. Installed new evaporator fan motor kit and tested. Fan sounds great. Refrigerator is now fixed."
