installed all parts went through test made sure everything was working properly. Icemaker cycling. Water valve is pushing a water and no leaks and control board is operating properly.

Installed new board and heater. Went through two cycles and working great

Customer complaint when getting ice got some plastic junks. Found the ice bucket with the auger inside pieces broke off. Will need new ice bucket assembly Ice bucket assembly WR29X43994; saved tckt

"Installed water valve from pre-diagnosis. Also turned down water pressure tested theres lots of suds already and unit cleared out the suds then ran unit three times with 2 tablespoons of soap, 3 tablespoons of soap, and 4 tablespoons of soap never leaked out the front. Explain what I found customer and they will test it themselves"

Customer complaint is dryer not tumbling can hear the motor hum. Verified complaint disassembled the front of the unit to get access to the blower wheel. Found some clothing stuck in the blower wheel. Removed the clothing from the blower wheel. Inspected the blower wheel. Still looks good. Reassembled unit tested dryer is now working properly again.
