Disassembled unit after getting unit out of second man. Found a bunch of lint stuck in the blower wheel. Cleaned out blower wheel. Reassembled tested multiple times units working properly showed customer. Customer is happy its back to where it was before.

"Installed new board from last diagnosis. Once installed tested unit and unit is working properly.

"Complaint is door latch, not working properly. found that the door latch itself was pushed back and it was stuck that way. the little spring on it actually broke. Quoted for replacement. Replaced door Lock tested units working properly now."

"Customers complaint is unit getting louder than before. Tested unit. It does sound like its chugging. Probably something stuck in the blower wheel but not 100% sure. Unit is inside of a built-in and about 2 to 3 feet off the ground. Would need second technician, spoke to Phil about this would be additional $450. Let customer know he will think it over otherwise I told him he can get the dryer down himself and reinstall it. There would be no additional fee but you would be reliable. Customer complaint is lights are flickering can hear it click on off on off. Testing like a bad board. I dont carry this exact board. Ordered a new one and rescheduled customer.; ordrng 1 WR55X11098 (CONTROL BOARD - MAIN)
