"Install new magnetron and fuse which is what Techline recommended. Could hear the microwave magnet for about two seconds. Then tripped the fuse again. The fuse has a very thin wire going through it able to reuse the fuse replaced the capacitor and diode try again and now you can hear the Megatron sounding like its running very loud home, but nothing is heating Techline again they think it got a bad magnetron or the transformer its bad. Customer is going to think it over and see what they wanna do I talked to Phil. He said if they want to try the parts again well get them warranted and try one more time. If that doesnt work, we would have to get the transformer. With the way this is built in my stand isnt big enough so if they do repairs, please let technician know so he can make attachment for his ally stand.; saved tckt"

"Customer complaint is the microwave part is not working tested all features and found out the high side isnt working, but getting power to the magnetron and fuse. Its testing like a bad Megatron customers OK using a Global Microwave part. I listed below the magnetron part number given by Global and also has all the factory parts can get the parts from encompass. Will need magnetron and high limit fuse would recommend also ordering to have a a capacitor at the same time so if we can get one of those from Global, they are OK with that also. "Installed new drain pump from last diagnosis from when the belt broke and damaged the pump once installed tested unit is sounding good. Showed customer how to test the back feet if the issue occurs again. If the feet dont drop again, will need rear feet mechanism. If the rear feet are still working, then Techline recommended new springs and friction ring"

"On return visit, the belt broke and actually damaged the one peg on the drain pump, and the drain pump will need to be replaced installed park ran it without the drain pump was still getting some excessive, shaking and noise. Call speed, queen and they recommended check in the rear feet. They were seized up loosened feet ran unit still was getting some shaking but unit wasnt walking around. "Customer complaint is Unit randomly making loud noise during spin cycle. Customer had a video of the noise didnt sound like a Barry noise sounded more like a tapping and squeal here and there theres a service bulletin for the tapping noise. Which is for a new belt and idler. When I removed the front of the washer, found a bunch of shavings from the belt itself. Idler was free removed belt to inspect bunch of cracking on the belt and ready to break. Friction ring still look good. Dont see any signs of damage to that that can also cause some weird noises, same as the spring wearing out. Explain to customer would be best to start with the belt and pulley because it definitely needs it. They are sold as a kit. Quoted customer bluebook reassembled unit put unit in a high-speed spin and got the noise to happen with a high-pitched squeak here in there and tapping noise, sounds like a bad Belt and idler.
