Ice maker locked up and gears stripped making grinding sound. Replaced ice maker sent by ST tested and it cycled and filled. Ice maker is working good.

"Big ice block that defrost and leaks into freezer drawers. Also ice maker, ice tray is broken. Looks like that evaporator cover which mounts the defrost heater is isnt screwed in all the way so when in test mode, in defrost the water leaks out the front of the evaporator cover and not down the evaporator drain.Too much ice build up for me to take off cover and refrigerator will need to be unplugged and defrosted so i can gain access.; ordrd 1 W11436851 (I/M ASSY)"

Tenants complaint is unit bouncing around and a smell like burning rubber. Verified complaint unit was bouncing which way. Removed the agitator found that the hub was completed rotted out which is kind of common on these units unit was operating for a while probably like this needs balancing and splashguard. looks like all parts are available besides balancing will need that part sourced.; saved tckt

Installed part from last diagnosis once installed tested unit. Now its working properly.
