Install new spray arm tested multiple times. Make sure was spinning properly. Everything is working properly now.

"User interface isnt the most responsive and relays will randomly click on the board. Also, the front right burner control knob is very flaky. I installed new main pcb that ST sent but its not compatible with UI board and touchpad itself seems questionable. Requesting that ST send a UI board, touchpad, and burner switch assembly. I brought new main PCB with me when I left (reinstalled the old one so they could still use the range until we come back). Also, the PCB they sent was EBR87050401. Not sure if thats correct? The one I find on the parts site is EBR80595403. If EBR80595403 is what we need then I would need ST to send that as well. EBR80595403 is needed, as is EBR80595403 and EBF62174902. ; O-emld tckt"

"Unit is Kenmore Frigidaire made. Customer complaint not cooling found out. We were getting power to the compressor, but the compressor was not kicking on as bad start relay. Installed our truck stock relay. Once installed tested unit now unit is starting to cool.

"Call Sam complaint is lower spray arm, not moving. The spray arm is kind of notorious for trouble. It has lots of little gears in it, but does amazing job when its working properly. Quoted for new spray customer rescheduled and ordered part.; ordrng 1 W10860176 (SPRAY ARM)"

Customer complaint unit wasnt draining. Customer drained out the water and cleaned out the filter and found a screw inside the filter. After he cleaned it out the drain pump was still making a funny noise and wasnt draining. Disassemble unit the drain pump was bad. Quoted bluebook for new drain pump. Customer approved. install new drain pump tested multiple times to make sure unit wasnt leaking and draining properly. Everything is working correctly.
