For me it’s a learning experience as to how and why things need replacement- That said, Phillip was explaining/answering my q’s while working and training a new tech. Talk about multitasking! Overall, I’m so happy i read other reviews bc it doesn’t waste my time. Communication was spot on. knowledge ++ and kindness, efficiency is always the best. They came w the part so no waiting for another appt! I told him he better give me a magnet for my appliances bc i’ll be calling them again!

Matt is very professional and very easy to talk to. He understood our problem with our KENMORE WASHER. He pulled the entire washer apart and did some tweaking here and there and now the machine runs like like it did in its glory days. Plus he had given us an estimate on what it would cost to repair if the washer finally as they GIVE UP THE SHIP ! THANK YOU MATT
