Could see that there was dried on soap as if there was no water inside dishwasher. I ran test and I did get power to water valve. I turned on water and dishwasher starts filling and is working good.Maintenance guy said that he had shut off the water when dishwasher stopped working. Problem may be intermittent. Dishwasher is working good as im here.

Found that it is leaking from water valve underneath dishwasher and filled the drip pan and was leaking over. Needs new water valve. I cant find it in stock. Also it looks like it comes as an assembly (see picture) make sure it comes as that whole assembly. Please search for part and call csutomer with eta and estimate.In the meanwhile i shut off water to dishwasher and sucked out the standing water.Watervalve part# 344039; saved tckt

"Customers complaint making a loud vibration noise. Disassembled unit found all the rollers and idler pulley was good. Inspected blower wheel and found a couple chunks out of the blower wheel. Will need new blower wheel. Quoted bluebook. Customer approved, ordered part and rescheduled.; ordrng 1 5835EL1002A (BLOWER)"

When i got here, the dishwasher had water on bottom as if it didnt drain but then customer said that the dishwasher wouldnt turn on. Found that the plug underneath sink was barely plugged into outlet. I plugged in fully and dishwasher turns on. Ran test and dishwasher drains. Ran quick cycle and all functions are working good as im here.I showed customer to watch for outlet plug and if no power happens again to check plug first.Also customer said dishwasher would run for hours. I pulled out dishwasher and it ran for 45 minutes and found nothing wrong and no leaks. Customer will use as normal and call back if problems continue.

PRIOR FLOOR DAMAGE AND WATER DAMAGE FLOOR IS WARPED. customer complaint making loud noise randomly. Wasnt making the noise on arrival. Pulled unit out on protective floor mat. Unit started to make a loud noise. Had customer listen and said that was the noise. Removed kick panel in back and found the compressor has been replaced before. Looks like it was vibrating on the back cover. Put some sound pad on where it was rubbing. Put in test mode and now unit isnt making noise. Pushed unit back under test mode so all fans and compressor running and still no noise. Unit is now working properly
