Customer complaint lights turning on under knobs. I found that the wiring on the board on the back was unplugged. plugged it back in now everythings working properly.

Customer complaint is top of door seems a little loose tightened everything up I can everything is working properly

NOT HEATING. Customer had just replaced the rollers about 3 weeks ago. Found the heating element was burnt out. Customer approved repair. Installed new heating element and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer is heating great and cycling between 200F and 135F. Dryer is now fixed.

"NO ICE AT ALL. THINSG ARE COLD BUT NOT FROZEN. FF compartment is 46F and freezer is 36F. They told me it needs the refrigerant charged and we did it about 3 years ago and he said he was told we can do that today. I told him I dont think it was us and I cant do that today. He got upset with me because he wouldnt have called us if we cant fix it today. I told him that it would be between $600-$1000 to do a sealed system repair he said it should only be a couple hundred dollars. I asked him what he wanted me to do and he said to go home. This guy is a jerk and Im not going back there again. He said hes friends with Phil Whiteford. The lady was really nice though. ; saved tckt , states that autho needed"

The belt was broken and the idler was stuck. I used the kit and replaced everything. The dryer runs good.
