We were so pleased with the quick service and the expertise, professionalism, and kindness of the technician. Seth is who responded to our service call. He was honest and explained all that was wrong. He had our best interest at heart and we truly appreciated that. He checked everything over and provided an estimate for what parts and labor would cost. It was pretty high and we appreciated him being honest in the fact it may not be worth the fix. He left the decision to us and told us he would do his best if we decided to fix the issues to provide the best service to get our washer up and running again. We truly believe he would have done that! We also were not charged any extra over and above the service call pymt we had prepaid. What a kind, yet very professional technician who truly cares about the clients and their best interest at heart. We decided to buy a new washer due to all the issues with our old machine.
