"RUNS THROUGH THE WASH CYCLE, AND PART OF THE RINSE. IT DRAINS, THEN DOOR UNLOCKS AND IT DOESNT SPIN OUT. Found the actuator has failed. Customer approved repair. Installed new actuator and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

Matt had a more extensive repair than anticipated upon arrival, but he not only did an exceptional job at repairing our dryer, he also went a step further to ensure that we would not run into issues in the future. I have utilized their services multiple times. They are professional, thorough and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Omega Force to everyone!
