SHAKING AFTER VENTS WERE CLEANED. Found one of the fins on the blower wheel is broken off. I called and talked with Andrew and he approved replacing blower wheel. Installed new blower wheel and tested. Dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

Customer complaint is unit dead. Made sure the outlet was getting 120 that was good. This assembled found that the fuse was tripped. Inspected door switches all the door switches are testing. Good door itself was a little stiff readjusted the door and now operating correctly. Installed new fuse after adjusting tested over six times. Never an issue. Open the door multiple times never tripped the fuse units working properly.; used 1 MICRO2 (CF20FB 20 AMP FUSE) from stock

I was very pleased with the service I received. I was notified when Phillip was on his way and he showed up on time. The issue was quickly diagnosed and the repair was completed successfully. I would certainly call Omega Force Appliance Repair again if the need arises.
